Thank you for shopping with The Quiet Temple. We are committed to delivering your order with the same care and intention we put into every product we offer. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States and to the European Union. If you would like to ship to a destination not listed here, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
International Shipping — European Union
We are pleased to offer shipping to the European Union. Please note the following for international orders:
- Estimated delivery: 15–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing. International delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Customs, duties & import taxes: Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.
- Customs delays: Packages may be held by customs, which can extend delivery times beyond our estimates. These delays are outside our control.
EU 14-Day Right of Cancellation (Returns)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in line with EU consumer law. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes will also be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@thequiettemple.com so we can assist. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The Quiet Temple is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
