Serenity Collection — Subscription Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to the Serenity Collection. By starting a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

Billing- Your subscription renews automatically on a quarterly basis. Each cycle, your saved payment method is charged $89.99 plus any applicable tax and shipping, on your renewal date each cycle, until you cancel.

Managing your subscription- You can manage your subscription anytime by signing in to your customer account and selecting Subscriptions. From there you can:

• Skip an upcoming order
• Pause your subscription and resume it later
• Cancel your subscription

You can also reach the management page from the "Manage your subscription" link in our subscription emails.

Cancelling-  To cancel, sign in to your customer account, click Subscriptions, select your subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. When you cancel, billing and shipping stop immediately, and the cancellation cannot be undone — to subscribe again, you'll need to place a new subscription order from our store.

Skip an upcoming box instead- If you only want to miss one cycle rather than cancel entirely, use Skip or Pause. To make sure a change applies before your next box, update or cancel at least seven (7) days before your renewal date. Changes made after a box has been billed or prepared for shipment take effect the following cycle.

Charges already processed-  Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund a box that has already been billed or shipped. Already-shipped boxes are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, and damaged or incorrect items are covered under that policy's Damages and Issues section.
